Since shopping online can sometimes feel like a little leap of faith, you have 10 days after receiving your order confirmation to cancel your purchase if you change your mind. No reason is needed — we completely understand.
A few exceptions 🌿
Some of our products unfortunately cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized creations, designed especially for you.
Body care and cosmetic products (such as soaps, balms, creams, bath bombs) that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Perishable items or those that, by their nature, cannot be resold.
How to return a product ✨
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. An administration fee of CDN $ 3.00 will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the Dame Plume & Co~ online store.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we will take care of everything.
