Your right to change your mind 💫

Since shopping online can sometimes feel like a little leap of faith, you have 10 days after receiving your order confirmation to cancel your purchase if you change your mind. No reason is needed — we completely understand.

A few exceptions 🌿

Some of our products unfortunately cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized creations, designed especially for you.

  • Body care and cosmetic products (such as soaps, balms, creams, bath bombs) that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Perishable items or those that, by their nature, cannot be resold.

How to return a product ✨

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.   An administration fee of CDN $ 3.00 will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the Dame Plume & Co~ online store.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we will take care of everything.
